Alex Moczarski, President and CEO
Alexander Moczarski is President and Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC and Chairman of Marsh & McLennan Companies International. Mr. Moczarski is Chairman of Guy Carpenter's Board of Managers and is a member of the Marsh & McLennan Companies Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter in 2011, Mr.Moczarski served as President and CEO of Marshs International Division. Previously, he was CEO of Marsh Inc.s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. While at Marsh, he held several other roles, including President and CEO of the firms International Specialty Operations and Region Head for the Latin America and Caribbean Region. Before joining Marsh in 1993, Mr. Moczarski worked for AIG for nearly 15 years, most recently as CEO of the firms operations in Argentina and Chile.

Richard Booth, Vice Chairman
As Vice Chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, Richard Booth contributes to setting the overall strategic direction of the firm and provides guidance on enhancing operational performance. He also focuses on developing key client and industry relationships and is a member of the firms Board of Managers.
Mr. Booth was previously Vice Chairman, Transition Planning and Chief Administrative Officer for American International Group, Inc. He also served as Chairman of Hartford Steamboiler.

Donald Callahan, President and CEO Canada
Managing Director Donald Callahan is President and CEO of Canadian operations for Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC. He joined Guy Carpenter in 1999 and has held his current role since 2002. From 2006-2008, Mr. Callahan was also responsible for all Guy Carpenters treaty operations in the Latin America and Caribbean regions.
Previously, Mr. Callahan served as Treaty Vice President at Skandia Canada Re, and Casualty Manager for Canada at Mercantile and General Re. Mr. Callahan is a graduate of Lower Canada College. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from McGill University in Montreal, where he was a McGill University Scholar. He has an FCIP designation and received the Lord Knolly Shield from the Canadian Insurance Institute as the top graduating Fellow in the country. |

Robb Canning, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer
Robb Canning is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC. In this role, he leads the implementation of the firms enterprise risk management strategy, working closely with business functions to reduce the firms strategic, financial, operational, human capital, regulatory and compliance risks.
As leader of Guy Carpenters Risk & Compliance department, Mr. Canning ensures that Guy Carpenter meets legal and regulatory requirements globally, as well as all corporate policies, and continues to lead the marketplace in these areas. In addition to its compliance and regulatory functions, the Risk & Compliance Department oversees the operations of Guy Carpenters Insolvency Unit and also ensures that the firms Professional Standards and Errors and Omissions (E&O) handling are properly integrated. Mr.Canning also serves as Secretary of Guy Carpenters Risk Oversight Committee and is a member of the firms Board of Managers.
Prior to his role in risk and compliance, Mr. Canning was a member of Guy Carpenters Legal Department. Before joining Guy Carpenter through its acquisition of Sedgwick Re, Mr. Canning was a litigation attorney at Cooney, Scully and Dowling in Hartford, Connecticut. |

Victoria Carter, Vice Chairman of International Operations
Victoria (Vicky) Carter is Vice Chairman of International Operations for Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd. She is a key member of the Guy Carpenter International Leadership team, responsible for driving new business production across the firms international operations. Ms. Carter also plays a significant role in supporting and cultivating senior client and industry relationships internationally across the UK and Continental Europe. She is a member of the firms Board of Managers.
Ms. Carter has more than 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry. She was the first female founder of a Lloyds intermediary and has operated in a number of senior executive positions within the broking sector. Most recently, Ms. Carter served as Chairman of UK & International Operations of Towers Watson. |

Peter Chandler, Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Broking Operations
Pete Chandler is the Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Broking Operations for Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC. He is also a member of the firms International Operating Committee and Board of Managers.
Mr. Chandler has more than 20 years of (re)insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter in February 2009, he served as Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of Aon Benfields San Francisco office. During his more than eight years with Benfield, he oversaw both origination and development disciplines and worked on several key property and casualty client accounts.
Previously, Mr. Chandler held various underwriting positions at Constitution Re and General Re, and he specialized in client development at GJ Sullivan Re. He began his career with CIGNA, where he specialized in primary package and umbrella placements for commercial insureds. |

Ian Clarke, Director of Operations
Ian Clarke is the Director of Operations for Guy Carpenter & Company and a member of the firm's Board of Managers.
Before joining Guy Carpenter in 2011, Mr. Clarke served for five years as Chief Operations Officer of Marsh's UK and EMEA region. He also held a senior leadership role within Marsh's International Division. Prior to joining Marsh in 2007, Mr. Clarke was Director of Customer Service at Santander Bank, a financial services firm in the United Kingdom.

Kevin Fisher, CEO Global Specialties
Kevin J. Fisher is CEO of Global Specialties for Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC. He lives and resides with his family in Bermuda where he is responsible for Guy Carpenter's Bermuda operations. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Board of Managers and International Operating Committee.
Mr. Fisher began his Career with JH Minet in 1981 and joined the group through the acquisition of Wilcox Johnson Higgins in 1996.

Britt Newhouse, Chairman
Britt Newhouse is Chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC and a member of the Board of Managers.
From 2001 until his appointment to Chairman in 2008, Mr. Newhouse served as the President and CEO of the firms Americas operations, where he was responsible for all broking business in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Newhouse also held the position of Eastern Region Manager and served as the New York Branch Manager.
He currently serves on both the Education Committee and on the Board of Overseers for St. Johns University, School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science. He is also a member of the Brokers and Reinsurance Markets Association (BRMA) board of directors. |

Nick Frankland, CEO - EMEA Operations
Nick Frankland is Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenters EMEA operations, responsible for the groups regional business and offices in the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd and a director of Marsh Ltd in the UK. Mr. Frankland is also a member of Guy Carpenters Board of Managers and International Operating Committee.

Andrew Marcell, CEO of U.S. Operations
Andrew Marcell is the Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Operations for Guy Carpenter and is responsible for the businesses in the region. He also serves as head of the firms Global Facultative business. Mr. Marcell is a member of the Guy Carpenter Board of Managers and the International Leadership Team.
Prior to leading the U.S. business, Mr. Marcell served as Head of Global Practices and Placement Strategy for Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC. In this role, he was responsible for the firms Global Specialties as well as operations in Bermuda and the Latin America region. Prior to returning to the U.S., Mr. Marcell served as CEO of Americas Broking operations from November 2009-July 2010. Previously, he led Continental European operations and was head of Global Business Development. Prior to that, Mr. Marcell focused on casualty business, initially responsible for all of the firms worldwide medical malpractice, errors and omissions, EPLI and management liability business, before being appointed Global Casualty Specialty Leader.
Mr. Marcell joined Guy Carpenters London office in 1990 as a U.S. wholesale casualty broker, responsible for a variety of professional liability treaty placements and retrocessional clients. He came to the firm from Hoare Govett in London, where he was a Convertible Equity Trader.

James Nash, CEO - Asia Pacific
As CEO of the Asia Pacific Region, James Nash is responsible for defining and executing Guy Carpenters strategic growth priorities in Australasia, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. He is a member of the firms Board of Managers and International Board.
Mr. Nash joined Guy Carpenter in 1985 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Asian reinsurance industry. |

Robert Pietrucha, Chief Financial Officer
Robert Pietrucha is the Chief Financial Officer of Guy Carpenter and a member of the firms Board of Managers. Previously, Mr. Pietrucha served as the Finance Director of Marshs International Division. Before joining Marsh, Mr. Pietrucha worked with Johnson & Higgins, including assignments within the Controllership and Strategic Planning department, and also worked with Mercers corporate finance division.
Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Companies, Mr. Pietrucha worked as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he earned his CPA. Mr. Pietrucha attended Ohio Wesleyan University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting.

Aidan Pope, CEO-Latin America & Caribbean
Aidan Pope is Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLCs Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Operations.He is also on the firms Board of Managers.
He has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the LAC treaty reinsurance business. Mr. Pope most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Benfields LAC business, where he personally established offices in Mexico and Brazil and recruited key personnel throughout Latin America. Aside from managing the LAC business, Mr. Pope was actively involved in originating and managing large treaty accounts from that region. He started his career in the London market with Clarksons in 1982.

David Priebe, Vice Chairman
As Vice Chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, David Priebe focuses on the execution of the firms growth strategies worldwide, including building new business, managing client relationships and developing viable client-centered solutions.
Prior to this appointment, he led the firms global Specialty Practices and analytics operations. He was also responsible for the Structured Risk, Global Marketing and Business Development, Market Relationship Management, Market Information, and Research and Development units. Previously, he oversaw the firms UK and Continental Europe operations. Under his leadership, Guy Carpenter initiated its global Property Specialty Practice. He is a member of the firms Board of Managers. |
