Each Guy Carpenter account team works in tandem with a client service team to keep reinsurance programs operating as they should, with claims paid promptly, inquiries handled expeditiously and reports delivered on time.

We offer a broad array of specialized client services. Guy Carpenter is one of the few intermediaries to provide complete client service capabilities for facultative as well as treaty reinsurance programs. Only Guy Carpenter has a unit dedicated solely to managing clients' complex asbestos and environmental claims. Through our affiliate, Reinsurance Solutions LLC (RSL), we deliver high quality services to run-off operations at competitive prices.

Accounts

Claims

We track and monitor claims collection and analyze reinsurers' payment performances using a sophisticated claim management database. Additionally, we facilitate statutory compliance and expedite claim payments for clients dealing internationally through an automated LOC system linked with London.
