Cameron Roe is CEO, Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) for Guy Carpenter. He is a member of the Guy Carpenter Operating Committee.
Based in Miami, Cameron is responsible for the Latin America and Caribbean region with 220 colleagues and 9 offices servicing the region and roughly $4 billion of ceded premium under management.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Cameron spent 9 years at Willis Re LAC where he was a member of their LAC Executive Management team and ran their LAC North business. He has a total of 24 years of experience as a Latin American and Caribbean reinsurance broker. He has a Bachelor in Business Marketing from Florida State University.
