Erin Dady
Chief Marketing Officer
Erin Dady is the Chief Marketing Officer for Guy Carpenter, a Marsh business. Based in New York, she works with our business leaders to shape how we communicate our value to clients, colleagues, and the broader market.
Erin brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer at Bremer Financial Corporation. There, she led enterprise marketing, brand, communications, and public relations strategy, strengthening the company’s market position and reputation across the Upper Midwest and nationally. She previously led government and community relations at the University of Minnesota and served as Chief of Staff to the Mayor in the City of Saint Paul.
She has also been actively involved in community leadership, serving on several nonprofit boards, including the Greater Twin Cities United Way and the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota, a BA from Northwestern University, and has completed executive education at the Harvard Kennedy School.
