Jennifer Paretchan

Global Head of Distribution and Market Relations

Jenn Paretchan is the Global Head of Distribution and Market Relations for Marsh Re (formerly Guy Carpenter). She is a member of the Marsh Re Operating Committee.

Based in New York,  Jenn is responsible for activities related to Marsh Re’s strategic trading relationships and broader market trends, including our reinsurance market distribution strategy, managing relationships, and keeping colleagues briefed on reinsurers' evolving strategies. She also serves as a client Account Executive with a focus on Casualty and Financial Lines business. 

Jenn has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has worked in Marsh Re’s New York, London, Toronto and Philadelphia offices. In her most recent role with the North America Centers of Excellence, Jenn has partnered across the firm with Analytics and Advisory, IT and Data Strategy to improve data-driven insights and content for clients. She has been integral to our Digital Journey work, having developed Edge by Marsh Re™, our client portal, and is a member of the Marketplace by Marsh Re™ Steering Committee.
