Jeremy Goodman serves as Chief Client & Growth Officer for Marsh Re (formerly Guy Carpenter), based in New York. He is a member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for driving Marsh Re’s global client engagement strategies and overall growth agenda. 

Jeremy focuses on ensuring that Marsh Re delivers world-class solutions, insights, and execution to clients and prospects worldwide.  

His vast market knowledge, deep understanding of advanced data and analytics, and ability to spearhead strategic and tactical sales initiatives support Marsh Re’s growth ambitions.

As a senior representative in the market, Jeremy shapes the experience of Marsh Re’s clients, reinsurers, and industry stakeholders. His deep client relationships help position Marsh Re for continued success.

Jeremy brings nearly four decades of experience in global reinsurance leadership, having held senior executive roles in the US, UK, and Asia. He is a seasoned industry leader with significant broking expertise coupled with an ability to drive innovation and strengthen connectivity across clients, markets, and teams to achieve sustainable growth.
