Joe Puleo

Global Head of Client Support Services

Joe Puleo is the Global Head of Client Support Services for Marsh Re (formerly Guy Carpenter), based in New York. He is a member of the Marsh Re Operating Committee

Based in New York, he oversees technical reinsurance processing, global client relationship management and claims consulting, operational controls, management information and digital strategies.

Prior to joining Marsh Re in 2022, Joe held senior operational leadership roles at AIG and MetLife, where he led large-scale global business, operational, and technology transformations that delivered profitable results, operational excellence, and customer experience improvement. Joe was also with PricewaterhouseCoopers management consulting practice. Joe holds a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
