Lisa Tolaini

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Lisa is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Marsh Re (formerly Guy Carpenter). She is a member of Marsh Re’s Executive Committee and the Marsh Senior Leadership Team of the Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs Department.

Lisa brings over 25 years of legal experience to the role.  Prior to joining Marsh Re, she served as General Counsel, Marsh Risk and People and Investments (formerly Mercer), in the UK and International. She joined Marsh in January 2011 and has held a number of leadership roles in Legal across the organization.   

Prior to joining Marsh , Lisa worked in private practice at Linklaters LLP and Barlow Lyle & Gilbert LLP, specializing in financial services investigations and litigation.
