Shruti Raja

Chief Financial Officer

Shruti Raja is the Chief Financial Officer of Marsh Re (formerly Guy Carpenter). She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee as well as a member of the Marsh Finance Leadership Team.

Shruti brings more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience. Prior to joining Marsh Re, she served as the CFO of Marsh Risk’s North America business since 2021. Before this, she led the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis group at Marsh Risk.

Shruti joined Marsh in 2008 as a member of the M&A team. She has held various leadership positions in Finance across London and New York over the past 15 years.

Before joining Marsh, Shruti worked with Lehman Brothers in their investment banking group, covering insurance companies.

Shruti holds a BS in Statistics from India and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.
