Shruti Raja
Chief Financial Officer
Shruti Raja is the Chief Financial Officer of Guy Carpenter. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee as well as a member of the Marsh McLennan Finance Leadership Team.
Shruti brings more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, she served as the CFO of Marsh’s North America business since 2021. Before this, she led the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis group at Marsh.
Shruti joined Marsh McLennan in 2008 as a member of the M&A team. She has held various leadership positions in Finance across London and New York over the past 15 years.
Before joining Marsh McLennan, Shruti worked with Lehman Brothers in their investment banking group, covering insurance companies.
Shruti holds a BS in Statistics from India and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.
