New York, September 2, 2025 – Guy Carpenter, a leading global risk and reinsurance specialist and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), today announced the appointment of Jeremy Goodman as Chief Client & Growth Officer. Mr. Goodman will be based in New York, reporting to Dean Klisura, President & CEO of Guy Carpenter, and will join Guy Carpenter’s Executive Committee.
In this newly created global role, Mr. Goodman will be responsible for Guy Carpenter’s client engagement strategies and overall growth agenda, and will work closely with regional and specialty colleagues to deliver Guy Carpenter’s suite of capabilities to clients. He will serve as a senior representative of the firm to clients, reinsurers, and wider industry stakeholders.
Mr. Goodman brings nearly four decades of global reinsurance leadership to the role. He will join Guy Carpenter from Aon, where he has held senior executive roles in the US, UK, and Asia, and most recently served as Global Growth Leader & Chief Broking Officer since May 2024.
