“It’s been a good year for APAC reinsurance results, with lower-than-average cat losses, although Thailand is an exception to this year,” explained Tony Gallagher, CEO, Asia Pacific. “We’ve seen a heightened interest in expanding market share across the region, supported by robust balance sheets.”
