Since joining Guy Carpenter in 2001, he has held a number of executive management positions within the firm. Peter was most recently Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Treaty Operations. |

Nick Frankland, CEO - European Operations
Nick Frankland is Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter’s European operations, responsible for the firm’s broking operations in both Continental Europe (CE) and the UK. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and also Chairs the International Board, which oversees the activities of the European and Asia Pacific Management Boards.
Previously, Nick was Deputy CEO of the UK, responsible for the Casualty book of business and Business Development within the region.

 Ryan Ogaard is the global practice leader of Instrat®, Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC's risk and financial modeling services group. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the Americas Board.
Prior to his appointment to Instrat worldwide, Ryan was in charge of Instrat operations in Western North America and Asia. |

 Salvatore D. Zaffino officially retired in February 2007 after a successful eight-year career with Guy Carpenter. Sal has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC and works as a consultant with senior
management at Guy Carpenter and MMC.

Britt Newhouse, Chairman
 Britt Newhouse is Chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC and a member of the Executive Committee.
From 2001 until his appointment to Chairman in 2008, Britt served as the President and CEO of the firm’s Americas operations, where he was responsible for all broking business in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Britt also held the position of Eastern Region Manager and served as the New York Branch Manager.
He currently serves on both the Education Committee and on the Board of Overseers for St. John’s University, School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science. He is also a member of the Brokers and Reinsurance Markets Association (BRMA) board of directors. |

 Charlie Fry is Guy Carpenter’s Global Chief Operating Officer responsible for the firm’s Client Support Services, Global Information Technologies and Global Human Resources departments, as well as its Reinsurance Solutions businesses. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, International and Americas Boards, Compliance and Risk Management Committees and chairs the Global Operating Committee. |

Andy has been with Guy Carpenter since 1990, most recently as CEO of Continental European operations and head of Global Business Development. Prior to that, he was leader of the firm’s Worldwide Casualty Specialty Practices. |

James Nash, CEO - Asia Pacific
 As CEO of the Asia Pacific Region, James Nash is responsible for defining and executing Guy Carpenter’s strategic growth priorities in Australasia, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and International Board.
James joined Guy Carpenter in 1985 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Asian reinsurance industry. |

David Priebe,
Chairman of Global Client Development
 As Chairman of the Global Client Development group, David Priebe focuses on the execution of the firm’s growth strategies worldwide, including building new business, managing client relationships and developing viable client-centered solutions.
Prior to this appointment, he led the firm’s global Specialty Practices and Instrat® operations. He was also responsible for the Structured Risk, Global Marketing and Business Development, Market Relationship Management, Market Information, Research and Development and MMC Securities Corporation units. Previously, he oversaw the firm’s UK and Continental Europe operations. Under his leadership, Guy Carpenter initiated its global Property Specialty Practice. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. |
